Irv Lichtenwald, President and CEO - Irv has more than 25 years experience helping technology firms evolve from the start-up phase to public markets, consistently demonstrating a strong attraction to entrepreneurial enterprises and groundbreaking ideas. Prior to joining Medsphere, he served as CFO of Advent Software, a leading provider of investment management solutions. Between 1995 and 2003, Irv led Advent through three public stock offerings. A member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and a graduate of the University of Chicago MBA program, Irv is also a director of Teratech Corporation and a trustee of the San Francisco Ballet.

Richard K. Sullivan, Chief Government & Revenue Officer - Richard has more than 30 years of experience in strategic planning, developing, implementing and supporting enterprise applications within the healthcare IT, welfare/fraud, financial services and law enforcement sectors. In addition to responsibility for Medsphere’s overall revenue, Richard also leads the company’s sales and marketing, commercial and government services, and interfaces and technical solutions divisions. Richard has also worked in senior management and executive leadership positions for NEC in Japan and the U.S., Booz Allen Hamilton, Misys, ADS (as company president) and other firms. Over 14 years with NEC and Booz Allen Hamilton, Richard traveled the world selling and implementing enterprise-wide solutions. Richard has served on several boards and holds numerous technical and project management certifications from George Washington University in Washington, DC, and other institutions. He has a bachelor of applied sciences degree in political science from San Diego State University and a master's of science in information systems from the American University in Washington, DC.

Phillip L. Salmon has more than 25 years experience in designing, developing, implementing and maintaining clinical based software in large healthcare delivery systems. As senior architect, Phillip oversees the technical design of software produced for Medpshere’s Government Services Division. Phillip joined the Medsphere team after Medpshere’s acquisition of Clinical Informatics Associates (CIA) where Phillip served as executive vice president of the development team. CIA developed the VueCentric Framework used to power the IHS RPMS EHR and Open Vista electronic medical record systems. Previously, Phillip was with the VA Medical Center for 14 years as the laboratory information manager. He has a bachelor of science in medical technology with a minor in computer science from Indiana University

Fay Struble, Product Management Senior Director - Fay has more than 25 years experience in the healthcare arena, specifically in developing, implementing and supporting enterprise applications within the healthcare industry, including data warehousing, system selection/consulting and management of electronic health records. As Director of Product Management for Medsphere's Government Services Division, Fay is responsible for overseeing all activities and functions of the software lifecycle development associated with the clinical information system product family and its support applications for international, federal, state and local governments clients. Prior to joining Medsphere, Fay worked for Misys/QuadraMed, Axiom, Mercer Healthcare Consulting and other healthcare entities in many senior positions.

Vivian Kost joined the Medsphere team in 2010 supporting government clients. As the senior manager of GSD's Product Support department, Vivian has wide ranging knowledge in the areas of EHR, pharmacy, lab and medical center processes, as well as project management and process mapping. Her prior experiences include: project manager for RPMS/EHR implementation at Community Health Network of WV--one of the first non-IHS implementations of RPMS; project manager for commercial EHR implementations in Ohio, Kentucky and Florida; director of training/implementation and reimbursement manager with a large national hospital chain. Vivian holds degrees from Wittenberg University and the University of Louisville.
